Purchase Notice：
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately after successful payment. Customers will be informed within 1-2 working days and can query their transaction in the following working days. General Enquiry Hotline:2155 4209.
- Customers must present their identity card and order confirmation (printed or electronic version) on the day of the appointment to verify their identity and registration.
- The additional item inspector must be the same person as the planned inspector.
- The medical examination location may vary depending on the different items.
- We will not compensate customers for any costs incurred after the order.
- In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
All health checks/services are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. If you notice any signs of illness, please consult a qualified doctor immediately for diagnosis and treatment.
Age
For customers aged 18 or above. (Allergen (IgE) test is suitable for those aged 5 or above.)
Validity
All Health Checkup Packages are valid for 3 months. Registration must be completed within this period. For example, if the purchase date is January 1, 2014, customers must register on or before March 31, 2014. Advance reservation is required.
Vaccination
Vaccine injections are performed by registered doctors/healthcare professionals. This transaction must be evaluated by a doctor to determine if vaccination is suitable. If the doctor deems vaccination inappropriate, the service for this program will be canceled, and a consultation fee of $400 will be charged.
Promotional activities
- Online promotional offers, discounts, or activities are only valid during the specified promotion period. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate these offers at any time without prior notice.
- Discounted prices for all products and services are calculated based on the transaction date. Customers must complete the ordering and payment process before the promotion ends.
Report
Under normal circumstances, clients must collect their results in person. All medical reports will be ready in approximately 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Please note that the timing may vary depending on the specified examination items; refer to the corresponding product pages for details.
Exchange or refund
- Once an order is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- Under normal circumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.
- If any product is damaged at the time of pickup, past its sell-by date, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of pickup via email atinfo@hkwwc.com.hk or call us at 2155 4209. Include relevant information(customer name, contact email, order reference number, product name and quantity, and details of the issue) to expedite processing.
- Products must be in their original condition, with intact packaging and complete labels or tags. Damaged products will be considered non-returnable.
- Images displayed on this website may not fully represent the product descriptions or the actual products received and are for reference only.
- The exchange process generally takes up to 5 working days after we receive your notification. We may request additional information or support documents.
- If we cannot provide the product for exchange, we will contact you to arrange a return and will issue a refund promptly after receiving the returned product.
Remark
- An additional fee of $400 will apply for an extra report explanation section upon request.
- All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. An extra administrative fee may be charged for additional copies, to be negotiated.
- If you choose to have reports mailed, this will be at your own risk.
- All tests are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Referring to letters can be provided upon request, with a charge of $200 for this service.
- The Hong Kong Well Women Centre reserves the right to impose additional fees for individuals with special medical needs.
- Pap smears are suitable for women who have had sexual experience.
- The DEXA bone density test is suitable for individuals over 40 years old, except in cases of special needs.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Hong Kong Well Women Centre shall be final.
- The window period for sexually transmitted diseases is approximately 1 month, while the window period for AIDS can be up to 3 months.
- The window period refers to the time during which the body may be infected with the virus but requires additional time for a positive response to antibody/antigen tests.
- If you are unwell or uncertain, you can consult our doctor by appointment, which will incur consultation fee.
