- Aconfirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately aftersuccessful payment. Customers will be informed within 1-2 working days and canquery their transaction in the following working days. General Enquiry Hotline:2155 4209.
- Customers mustpresent their identity card and order confirmation (printed or electronicversion) on the day of the appointment to verify their identity andregistration.
- Theadditional item inspector must be the same person as the planned inspector.
- The medicalexamination location may vary depending on the different items.
- We will notcompensate customers for any costs incurred after the order.
- In the eventof any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
All healthchecks/services are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.If you notice any signs of illness, please consult a qualified doctorimmediately for diagnosis and treatment.
Age
For customersaged 18 or above. (Allergen (IgE) test is suitable for those aged 5 or above.)
Validity
All HealthCheckup Packages are valid for 3 months. Registration must be completed withinthis period. For example, if the purchase date is January 1, 2014, customersmust register on or before March 31, 2014. Advance reservation is required.
Vaccination
Vaccineinjections are performed by registered doctors/healthcare professionals. Thistransaction must be evaluated by a doctor to determine if vaccination issuitable. If the doctor deems vaccination inappropriate, the service for thisprogram will be canceled, and a consultation fee of $200 will be charged.
Promotionalactivities
- Online promotional offers, discounts, oractivities are only valid during the specified promotion period. We reserve theright to modify, extend, or terminate these offers at any time without priornotice.
- Discountedprices for all products and services are calculated based on the transactiondate. Customers must complete the ordering and payment process before thepromotion ends.
Report
Under normalcircumstances, clients must collect their results in person. All medicalreports will be ready in approximately 7 working days (excluding Saturdays,Sundays, and public holidays). Please note that the timing may vary dependingon the specified examination items; refer to the corresponding product pagesfor details.
Exchange orrefund
- Once an orderis confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- Under normalcircumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or ordercancellations.
- If anyproduct is damaged at the time of pickup, past its sell-by date, missing, orincorrect, please notify us within 3 days of pickup via email atinfo@hkwwc.com.hk or call us at 2155 4209. Include relevant information(customer name, contact email, order reference number, product name andquantity, and details of the issue) to expedite processing.
- Products mustbe in their original condition, with intact packaging and complete labels ortags. Damaged products will be considered non-returnable.
- Images displayedon this website may not fully represent the product descriptions or the actualproducts received and are for reference only.
- The exchangeprocess generally takes up to 5 working days after we receive yournotification. We may request additional information or support documents.
- If we cannotprovide the product for exchange, we will contact you to arrange a return andwill issue a refund promptly after receiving the returned product.
Remark
- An additional feeof $400 will apply for an extra report explanation section upon request.
- All medicalrecords will be destroyed after 3 months. An extra administrative fee may becharged for additional copies, to be negotiated.
- If you choose tohave reports mailed, this will be at your own risk.
- All tests are notintended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Referring to letters can beprovided upon request, with a charge of $200 for this service.
- The Hong Kong WellWomen Centre reserves the right to impose additional fees for individuals withspecial medical needs.
- Pap smears aresuitable for women who have had sexual experience.
- The DEXA bonedensity test is suitable for individuals over 40 years old, except in cases ofspecial needs.
- In case of anydispute, the decision of the Hong Kong Well Women Centre shall be final.
- The window period for sexually transmitted diseases is approximately 1 month, while the window period for AIDS can be up to 3 months.
- The windowperiod refers to the time during which the body may be infected with the virusbut requires additional time for a positive response to antibody/antigen tests.
- If you are unwellor uncertain, you can consult our doctor by appointment, which will incur aconsultation fee.
